Please place your order by phone, via the contact form or email us and tell us when you want to pick up your products during our office opening hours.

Please wait for our confirmation of a pick-up date. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange collections that have not been coordinated beforehand.

Payment in advance

Your desired items will be sent as soon as we have received your payment. The items will be reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days). Depending on the bank, it may take 3-5 working days for your payment to reach us.

Important information for the transfer:

Please always enter your order number as the intended purpose.

Please transfer for each order individually.

In the event of a return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you transferred.

Payment with credit card

With us you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been sent.

Security when paying by credit card:

European guidelines have changed to make online card payment even safer for you.

For every order placed after September 14, 2019, you will be asked to verify yourself with 3D Secure. Depending on the type of card you are using, this will be marked (e.g. Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check).

Payment by SEPA direct debit:

With the SEPA direct debit, you can conveniently pay by having the purchase amount collected automatically.

How do I open a direct debit mandate?

When you complete your order, you can choose SEPA direct debit from our various payment methods.

Simply enter your IBAN after making your selection.

By entering your data, you confirm your consent to the collection of the invoice amount. The direct debit mandate is valid for 36 months, so you do not have to re-enter your bank details for subsequent orders.

When will my invoice be debited?

Only when your package is shipped will we withdraw the open amount from your account. You will receive a confirmation of move-in from us by email.

Payment via PayPal:

If you select payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.

Are you new to PayPal? Then you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

The incoming payment is usually booked with us within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

After a return:

If you return one or more items, the corresponding goods value will be credited back to the originally charged payment method.

How do I get my money back?

The credit is always made to the account from which the amount was collected.

It may take up to five working days for the credit to appear on your account.

For returns, the refund will be made within 14 days after we receive your package.



The flat rate for shipping costs within Germany is EUR 4.95.
We charge a flat rate of EUR 12.00 for deliveries to countries in the European Union.
We deliver to Switzerland for a flat rate of EUR 15.00.

We will also inform you by email about the progress of your shipment and you can easily track your order online.


We strive to ship all orders within two working days. In special cases, this delivery time can be exceeded. If you have a particularly urgent order, please write this to us when placing your order in the comment field or via a separate email.


In order to conserve valuable resources, we do without unnecessary product packaging. Our shipping packaging is optimized to the size of our products in order to protect the products well and to use as little filling material as possible. Where possible, we use the boxes several times. If possible, please keep the box in which you received your bottle (s) to return the empty bottles as soon as you have collected four of them. You can find more information on this under Our Circular System
